How Find My Nest works
Buying, selling, and listing on Find My Nest.
A short guide to using the platform — what to expect as a buyer, as an individual seller, and as an agency.
For buyers
- 1.Search. Filter by region, price, property type, and whether you want to buy or rent. Save searches for later if you create an account.
- 2.Review listings. Every property is described in your language with photos, location, and key facts. The map pin is approximate (~200m offset) for the seller's privacy; you get the exact address after a serious enquiry.
- 3.Enquire. The contact form goes directly to the seller — Find My Nest is the platform, not your agent. Most sellers reply within a day.
- 4.View, negotiate, complete. Bring your own legal representative for the notary process. Find My Nest is not involved in the transaction.
For individual sellers
- 1.Sign up. Create a free account and choose Individual when prompted.
- 2.Pick a plan. Basic (€19/mo) covers one listing; Plus (€39/mo) covers up to three. No commission on the sale — keep the full price.
- 3.Post your listing. The form takes about 15 minutes: photos, description, price, location. We translate it into all six languages automatically.
- 4.Receive enquiries. Buyers contact you direct. You arrange viewings, negotiate, and complete with your notary.
- 5.Update or pause. Edit the listing as it sells. Pause when you go away on holiday. Cancel anytime.
